You can take advantage of our tutoring services and enlist the expertise of a licensed, experienced teacher dedicated to helping your child succeed. I specialize in creating custom tutoring plan that not only boost academic scores, but also instill confidence in your child's learning journey.

How will our tutoring program impact your child's life?

  • Your child can experience remarkable growth, making significant gains in both math and reading by the end of the school year.

  • They have the potential to grow 1.5 to 2 years in these crucial subjects within just one year.

  • I teach them how to overcome obstacles, paving the way for academic and life success.

  • Your child can experience happiness, self-assurance, and become their best selves.

How does this work?

If your child is performing below grade level in reading or math and you are determined to see them perform at or above grade level, I am committed to doing my part. All I ask is that you:

  • Commit to hiring a tutor for 3 to 4 sessions a week.

  • Provide consistent encouragement through this process.

  • Stay in constant communication with your child's teachers.

  • Set high expectations for your child and hold them accountable.

Your child must be willing to:

  • Always try to do their best.

  • Show respect.

  • Be willing to listen and learn.

I am committed to the following:

  • Teaching proven strategies that work.

  • Providing one-on-one attention.

  • Monitoring their progress

  • Motivating and celebrating success.

  • Staying in consistent communication with you.

  • Helping your child reach their full potential.

  • Preparing them for life.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Who needs tutoring?

  • Any student that is one or more years behind in reading and/or math.

  • Any student that has had their grades drop on the last report card.

  • Any student that has received a “D” or “F” on any reading or math assignment.

When to start tutoring?

As soon as any of the above statements become true for your child, you must not let any time go by before you take action, or the problem will only persist and increase.

When does tutoring end?

Tutoring ends when your child is on grade level, grades have improved, and when they are no longer receiving unsatisfactory grades.

Why does tutoring help?

Tutoring helps because your child can be retaught math or reading skills one-on-one or in a small group with a trained tutor and sometimes with a licensed teacher who has developed the skills to get kids from where they are to where they should be in a short time.

Why is tutoring rewarding?

It is rewarding to all that participate. It’s rewarding to the parents because your investment will pay off. It is rewarding to the tutor because they are making a difference in a child’s life. It is rewarding to the child because the child will see that they are not a failure or unintelligent but capable; they just need more practice, one on one support, or taught a different strategy to understand.

Will your program help my child?

Yes, our program will help your child. We have a proven record of helping students achieve academic success when they are in our presence for more than three weekly sessions. We have already helped hundreds of New Orleans and Memphis kids reach academic, emotional, and social goals thus far. We are confident that we can help your child.
